What issues do you help with?
I work with women navigating anxiety, overthinking, and nervous system overwhelm—especially when life feels full, pressured, or difficult to keep up with. This includes support through life transitions, relationship dynamics, self-esteem, and emotional stress, as well as the complexities of perinatal and reproductive health. I also work with adolescents (14+) when it feels like a good fit.
What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is a 75-minute intake designed to gently explore what’s bringing you in, your history, and what you’re hoping for moving forward.
It’s also a space for you to ask questions and get a sense of how it feels to work together—without pressure.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. All sessions are offered via secure telehealth, allowing you to join from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
What is the session length?
Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes. Extended sessions may be available when deeper work or additional support is needed.
How often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions to create consistency and momentum. Over time, we can shift the pace to reflect your needs and the rhythm that feels most supportive.
What are your fees?
Individual sessions are offered at $175.
This is a private-pay practice, allowing for a more personalized and uninterrupted therapeutic experience.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement of services.
How often will we meet?

What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions missed or canceled late are charged at the full rate, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.

From there, we’ll find a time that feels aligned.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is deeply respected and protected.
We’ll review the few legal exceptions to confidentiality during your first session so you feel fully informed and comfortable.
Do you work with couples?
I primarily work with individuals, while holding space for relationship exploration, communication, and intimacy within that work.
Do you work with teens?
I primarily work with adults, but may work with older teens depending on fit. Feel free to reach out to discuss.
